www.exentri.ch is a service from the company sCHNOw.

The submission of an order by the customer implies his adhesion to the present general sales conditions (hereafter GSC) in their entirety. The sales contract of articles through the Internet is concluded between the company sCHNOw and the customer. The customer states to have the capacity to contract with sCHNOw on the basis of the GSC present on www.exentri.ch (referred to hereafter as “our site”). The present GSC will prevail over any other condition stated on our site.
An internet order on www.exentri.ch, confirmed by a confirmation of purchase and the GSC form the whole of the base of the contract of purchase. When the GSC require written elements, these elements are represented by emails or sms.
DEFINITION OF THE PARTIES
The seller is: sCHNOw, Rue de Locarno 7, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland, email: info[a]schnow.ch, tel. 026 321 1771, federal number CH-217-3546712-0, hereafter designated “us”, “our”, “sCHNOw” or exentri.ch.
The purchaser is: the person identified as the purchaser in the order. Hereafter designated as “you”, “your” or “the customer”.

We do our best to give the most correct and transparent information as possible to our customers. However, we realize that errors can arise, errors whose consequence is our incapacity to deliver according to the provided information.
Moreover, we reserve ourselves the right to cancel an order in case of the exhaustion of a product. In this case, the customer will be informed with information on what we can propose in its place. The customer then receives the possibility to accept our new offer with the changes suggested, or to cancel his order.
CHARACTERISTICS OF AN ARTICLE
All our articles are products of quality. The articles are sold with the sole guarantee of that of the manufacturer. We use the best means to guarantee a true rendering of the colors. However, light differences in color can be noted between the actual article and its images, in particular because of the compression of images for Internet use.
ORDER
The contract enters into force when the customer has placed his order and when it has been validated. From this moment, the cancellation of the order is not possible unless sCHNOw is unable send the goods within the allowed time and that the customer refuses the new delivery period proposed by sCHNOw.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER
The acceptance of the order is done as of its reception and the control of its validity. With the sending of the order, the purchaser recognises having taken knowledge of the GSC and accepts them without reserve. Except proof of the opposite, the data recorded by sCHNOw constitutes the proof of the whole of the last transactions. In the event of exceptional circumstances, in particular of insolvency or erroneous information, sCHNOw reserves the right to refuse or accept a customer order.
INVOICING AND CONFIRMATION
Every customer receives a confirmation of the order by email, as well as an expedition confirmation at the time of the sending of the goods.
PRICES
The prices of the invoiced articles are those in force at the date of the order and are stated on the summary one of your order. The prices all are inclusive of tax for Switzerland.
sCHNOw reserves the right to modify its prices at all times, but the products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the recording of the orders.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Swiss francs.
The products remain the property of sCHNOw until the complete payment of the price.
DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated during the process of ordering. Our standard articles are generally sent within 5 working days. For personalized articles, the delivery date is to be agreed upon between the two parties.
The deliveries are carried out only on working days. We decline any responsibility with regard to the delivery for the articles. If transmitted information is inaccurate, sCHNOw can not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering and for respecting deadlines. For the deliveries out of Switzerland and the European Union, the customs duties and other possible taxes are the responsibility of our customers.
IMPORTS
All our deliveries made to Switzerland are cleared by our care and are delivered like imported goods.
PAYMENT
When the purchaser orders an article on our site, all the payments carried out are protected with the PSP services of our partner STRIPE.
Only the use of a credit card is proposed as way of payment on www.exentri.ch.
Accepted cards are as follows: VISA CARD / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS
The payment is validated with the order. In the event of a return of the goods, sCHNOw will refund the customer but may retain 10% of the already paid amount to cover expenses. This % may be higher for lower priced items.
SECURITY OF THE PAYMENTS AND OF PERSONAL DATA
1 Security of the payments
Our customers benefit from the security system related to STRIPE's PSP services, whose platform is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified.
2 Personal data
Information and data concerning you are necessary to the management of your order and our commercial activity. They are preserved on our server of transactions and make it possible to positively conclude your transaction.
In accordance with articles 8 and 9 of the Federal Law on the data protection of June 19, 1992, we certify that the data pertaining to you are used by our internal services and that you have a right of access, of correction and of opposition.
To reach your personal data recorded by sCHNOw, all you need to do is to enter your login on our site, or to make a request by email or post by indicating your name, first name, address, mail address and if possible your order reference.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURNS
Swiss law does not grant the right to cancel online purchases. However, the most imprtant to us is that you are satisifed (within certain limits), we concede a 14 days deadline as from the reception of your article for you to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons nor to pay a penalty. This right of withdrawal is only applicable in the case where the article is unopened, unused or undamaged. Gift cards are non-returnable. An admin fee may be applied. It remains reasonable though.
In the case where an exchange of goods is desired and possible, even though we offer free shipping we may need to invoice the 2nd shipping. This is usually max up to CHF 10-15. Expenses of return remain the customer’s responsibility.
Goods purchased with a discount, a voucher or at reduced prices are not eligible for a return nor an exchange.

APPLICABLE LAW – LITIGATIONS
Sales of the articles presented on the site www.exentri.ch are subject to the Swiss law.
In the event of litigation, only the French version of these General Sales Conditions (GSC) are valid.
In the event of litigation the ordinary courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland are qualified, subject to recourse to the Federal Court.
